HOW TO USE:
1. Place your teeth in a cup of warm (almost boiling) water for 1 minute. This will make them softer and more flexible. 2.
2. Using a mirror, place the teeth well above the existing teeth. Press them firmly against the teeth and use your thumb to gently press behind the right teeth.
3. After 30 seconds, carefully remove the teeth from your mouth and place them in a glass of cold water to cool. The spacer turns white as it hardens.
