Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, your order is processed immediately once placed, so cancellation is not possible.
Is my payment secure?
Yes! All payments are processed through trusted and encrypted payment gateways to ensure your security. We do not store payment information.
2. Shipping & Delivery
How long does the shipping take?
Delivery time depends on your location:

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package.
What happens if my package is lost?
If your package is lost due to logistics issues, we will send a new package first before proceeding with a refund. Read more in our Shipping Policy.
3. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. See our full Return and Refund Policy for details.
How do I request a return?
To start a return, contact us via info@melzano.com before you send the item back. Returns without prior request will not be accepted.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Have you not received it after 15 business days? Then contact us via info@melzano.com.
